    • Hello! So sorry for the delayed response! An uppercut is a type of punch, with a bent arm and you are punch up. So instead of punching straight out, its almost like you are hooking something while your bring your fists up. I hope that helps! I do this workout a lot now since having a baby, and it is hard!
