I would like to do this intense at home cardio but don’t know what a Burpee or a mountain climber, etc. Can you explain some of this exercises?

This work out looks great. Just wanted to know what an uppercut is?
Hello! So sorry for the delayed response! An uppercut is a type of punch, with a bent arm and you are punch up. So instead of punching straight out, its almost like you are hooking something while your bring your fists up. I hope that helps! I do this workout a lot now since having a baby, and it is hard!
