Sometimes I forget my iPod when I go out for a run, or head to the gym. That was not the case this morning!
I hit snooze two too many times, so I only had time for a 3 mile run before weights.
Since I remembered my iPod though… the miles went extremely fast! It made the 90 degree track a lot less awful.
I am thankful for my eyebrows, especially when they catch the majority of my sweat. Ladies… don’t over pluck those eyebrows!
After my run I did upper body strength training today. The machines I used were:
- Back extension
- Chest press
- Lat pull down
- Back row
- Shoulder press
I then did some lifting with free weights and body weight:
- Bicep curls
- tricep kick backs
- Push ups
I did not have enough time for core this morning, so I’ll get that in tonight!
I was also feeling lazy today so I just threw some veggies together for lunch. I normally take left overs to school.
