I’ve been babysitting this past week for my friends’ children so I haven’t had much spare time to post!
The most exciting part of my week was meeting one of my best friends new baby girl, Scarlett 🙂
She text me Thursday when she went in to labor and had her Friday afternoon. She is the most beautiful little girl.
Other than that I have been teaching of course, and hanging out with kids in the evening.
I have started to work out in the high schools fitness center in the morning since it is free for Ottumwa teaching staff. I went to high school there so it is neat to be back and using the facilities.
I work out from 4:45-6:15 and no one else is there! It’s awesome!
I did some cross training today and got on the elliptical for 30 minutes. I did an interval workout which was tough, but great at the same time.
Afterwards I did some weight lifting and strength training for my upper body.
During all of my marathons my whole body gets fatigued, so I am really focussing on strength training this time around.
Who is happy Greys Anatomy and Scandal are back on tonight?!
