It was another beautiful week in Ottumwa so I took advantage of it and went for a run. Anytime it is 45 degrees in February I am going to be outside.
I’ve heard from about everyone I know (who has been pregnant) that I will start to feel awesome in trimester two. It hasn’t happened yet! I’m in the midst of week 16 and still suffer from the nausea. Although the nausea has subsided dramatically, it still has a big impact on my exercise and ability to eat.
