What is it that makes you register for a race? Are you running it because you want to, or are you running it because others have talked you into it?

Kyla and I had a goal of walking 50 miles in three days this past weekend. We fell 8 miles short of our goal… thanks a lot heat.
HOT is the main word I would use to describe this race. Don’t get me wrong- I still love this race! It was still fun despite the extreme heat.
