I use to get really mad, angry, crazy, and so on when I missed a workout. Yes, I still get bummed and a little anxious, but it isn’t as bad anymore when I miss a workout. …I think.

Sometimes I forget my iPod when I go out for a run, or head to the gym. That was not the case this morning!
Rest days are just as important as any other day in regards to training.
I really do not like running in the winter. Some people can handle treadmills well, but I cannot. Lately it has been a real struggle to run more than 3 miles on mine!
