I like to keep routines, even during the weekends so I was in bed by 8:45 last night!
I’ve been babysitting this past week for my friends’ children so I haven’t had much spare time to post!

Run and Be Happy turned one yesterday! I started this blog with the sole intention of talking about running, and helping others with running.
I’m squeezing in a quick post before I eat dinner and head to American Sniper with Morgan!
All I had on my workout agenda today was yoga and strength training. I was happy about this because I had a long day and honestly did not want to run tonight!
Like I mentioned in my last post, I do MUCH better if I have a schedule. So I will share what I am going to be doing this week in regards to running and strength training. At the end of the week I’ll post my times if I don’t during the week. Continue reading
I am absolutely not complaining about this weather. The past couple of days it has been above 40 degrees which has been awesome for running.
My lack of posting this week is a direct result of watching American Idol and staying late at school.
I had a very fun and busy weekend and can now sit, relax, and talk about it!
