Since fall marathon training is here for many of us, I thought it would be helpful to create a check-list of things you should be doing during training.

Fall marathon training season has started and the atmosphere is similar to that of Christmas. Okay, maybe just for me and a select few other freaks who enjoy training 🙂
I made a juice that I actually quite enjoy! My juicing skills are pretty premature, so it is a pleasant surprise when the juice actually turns out delicious.
I complained a lot during the winter because it was too cold, and now I am complaining that it is too hot. In my perfect world it would be fall year round.
