I know, I have been slacking lately on my blog posts. I am currently taking a few summer classes so I can add an endorsement to my teaching license and they are taking up some of my free time.
I’ve talked about the importance of hydrating during training, but something equally as important is fueling up on carbohydrates.

Staying hydrated while running is important, but so is staying hydrated all day long. It is also important to know when you should be drinking electrolyte replacement drinks (Gatorade, Nuun, etc.) because they are not necessary all the time.
