I have been so excited to get back in to my normal fitness routine, but I had no idea what it would be like the first couple of days (even weeks) of exercise.
I have been waiting for so long to get back out on the road again and run, and I was finally able to do so last night. It was awesome.
I go to the doctor on Friday for my six week check-up, and I have every reason to believe that I will get the “okay” to start exercising again. I cannot wait.
My little angel baby, Oliver Francis Brown, was born on Tuesday, July 19th at 4:02 in the afternoon. I am beyond obsessed with him, and like any new parent think he’s the most perfect thing in the world.

Long time no post! Nothing much has changed here as far as exercise, which is not all that exciting. My stomach has grown of course and I have six weeks left! Six weeks!
I have had such an easy pregnancy (minus the first three months of constant nausea)! I really have been lucky with zero complications and have only gained 13 pounds so far (mainly due to healthy eating).
